I have checked the picture's file and I have deleted some already, however, I still find more also if all this materials it was downloaded from the internet how do I eliminate them?

There is only 1 internet, so it isn't plural. The best thing to do would be to re-install the operating system from the CD that should have come with it as well. This way you can be sure there aren't any nasty suprises waiting for you, pictures, movies or viruses!

try this link
http://www.ccleaner.com/download/
its a freebie and really good. it will sort out the Internet and anything you don't want put it in the recycle bin and choose the setting to shred the material.
if you reformat you will need all your program disc's to reinstall
when I run it on my laptop it stripped off 300MB's of rubbish
