Do NOT USE PEOPLE PC!!!!?

I had People pc last year and cancelled my service in Oct. They have continued to charge my account since then and say they have no record of me cancelling, so they won't refund me. has anyone else been mistreated?

I've heard that AOL is like that too, once they get you, they won't let you go. Not sure what to do about it though, sorry I can't be more help. Good luck!
