There are many places out there. Firstly, 1and1.com are quite good.
Also, www.doteasy.com.
www.xabioshosting.co.nr is very cheap ($40 a YEAR!) and offers good web space as you wanted.

Hope this helps.

I suggest following webhosting , they are quite good.

Hostmonster http://anurl.com/?PQMRY

They offer hosting of "unlimited domains" and you will get massive webspace of 200000 MB (200 GB ). They only charge $4.95/month and they offer "a free Domain Name" and installing service called "Fantastico". By using Fantastico, you could create own forum, photo gallery, shopping cart (e-commerce),your own auction site and your own blogs within few seconds. They also offer "Free Website Builder" as well.
Visit the site to check details.

Domains
Following site is quite good to register domains as price is reasonable with free privacy. Some charge about $5/ year just for free privacy.

You can go to either ipower.com or ipowerweb.com. I actually host my site with them and they are pretty good and cheap.

Sign up for one year at Dreamhost.com with the $9.95 package and use coupon "save80bucks".

That makes the total:
$119.40 - $80 = $39.40 for one year.

For that you get to host unlimited domain names (incl. one free) and have a whopping 170GB of storage. w00t!

Best of all there's no comitment to renew if after the year is up =)
