The PS3 has an HDMI out on the back of it, will it work with monitor that has a DVI out on it? and to make it happen is there a normal HDMI - DVI cable i need or will i need some sort of adapter or something

I have just purchased a Mac Mini, but I realized that I didn't get a monitor yet. I looked online for monitors and I was wondering if this monitor will work on my Mac Mini http://shop2.outpost.com/product/5177486?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG
or will this work

If both of them works, which monitor should I get?
Thanks!

Can the setting of the computer or monitor be adjusted so that the pages on the internet adjust and fill the whole of the screen instead of either bing in the middle of the screen, with blank columns at the side, or being to the left or right with the other half of the screen blank?

I have a dual monitor video card installed, one DVI plug one VGA plug. I also have a VGA plug on the motherboard.

Is it possible to use one VGA monitor on the video card and one VGA monitor on the 'on board' video built into the motherboard to have a dual monitor system this way?

Any thoughts are appreciated.

(neither monitor has a DVI in so I cannot use the other plug on the back of the video card)

and it works fine but I can only see about 35% of the screen the rest is covered by a white mask. But today when I pressed on the screen real hard I was able to see the full screen again but then it clouded right back up with the white mask. But when I could see the whole for that milisecond I could'nt access anything in that area, my pointer couldn't click on anything. Do you know how I can fix this problem?

I'm going to buy a new dell desktop that has:
Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E4500 (2MB L2 Cache,2.20GHz,800 FSB),
128MB NVIDIA GeForce 8300GS,
2GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz- 2DIMMs

I mainly surf web, organize digital pictures from my digital slr, and watch movies.
and I'm going to buy 22' HP W2207 which has 1000:1 Contrast Ratio and Resolution at 1680 x 1050.
do you think 128MB NVIDIA GeForce 8300GS would give me best possible image quality for 22' HP widescreen monitor??
or should I get 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT-DDR3 or 128MB Radeon ATI HD 2400 PRO ?

Thank you.

I have an Averatec laptop running Windows XP and just bought an Acer X221 22" widescreen monitor. When I plug the monitor into the laptop, it stretches everything to fit the wide screen. I found a Vista driver for the X221, but not an XP driver. Is there a way to get my laptop to support the monitor, or a way to get my monitor to not use the widescreen (I'd be happy even if I had black bars on each side of the content)? Thanks!

How do i get things proportianal again? i went into the monitors menu and did a Full Screen options, but that just stretches and blurs everything. How do i make things look smaller? Possibly going into properties and chaning the screen resolution? This is a 60 hrtz screen, I don't know what the other was....
Just everything is so big i want it back to somewhat normal appearance
