It looks like theres water or something in it, its not even working. Im at a library now, how can i fix it? or is it broke? I don't know anymore details b/c its confusing. But ill give a best answer to whoever figures it out.

its an lsd, and ive only had it for about a year. but i use(d) it ALOT

I'm assuming the display is an LCD, and it sounds like it got damage (cracked) and that's why it looks watery it being a LIQUID CRYSTAL display

If it's a desktop LCD, buy a new one

If on alaptop, contact manufacturer support line for a replacement costing then decide if worth it, or better to buy new laptop.

If on laptop you CAN always plug in an external monitor to the VGA output on the back !

this is generaly an idndication the there is a mechinal failure in the video or board. Your at the library is this a laptop or pc.
if its a pc open the box and look at the board close. your looking for capasters that are blown up or leaking. this is not uncommon. let us know what you find.

it sounds to me from the small amount of detail you gave that your video card is on it's way out

probably the monitor is on its way out or the graphics card or if you got onboard graphics could be the motherboard
