but the dust returns immediately can anyone suggest a product which prevents dust adhering to the screen due to static or whatever I currently use Klear Screen but it doesnt do the job

I bought a hp laptop dv 9410 us and it came with 1 gig ram(512 x 2[5300 speed]) what i want to do is to add more memory by taking out a 512mn module and inserting a 1 gig so that i will have 1.5 gigs.I usually use my laptop for everyday use not not any digital photo editing or games, when i look at the memory avialability wiget it always says that i am using like 60 to 90% of my memory it never really goes past 90 % does that mean that i don't need more memory or just that the computer memory manager does not allow it to go past and just writes some data to the paging file instead .Can two memory modules of the same speed but different amounts be used?

i got my computer a year ago and it's harddrive has failed twice. now it says at startup that computer faliure is imminent and that i should backup my data. but when i try to back up my data it says i need a floppy drive that i dont have on my laptop. wHAT DO I DO?

Just bought the MacBook last week, and somehow, didn't realize that the Leopard would be released next week (I was a Windows user till now...never followed Macs). Anyone know if I can get some sort of discount on the Leopard? Should I just call Apple about it?

Ok picture this, you buy a decent windows laptop for £400 ($800) then all of a sudden you realise the new mac leopard is coming out therefor you want to get that instead of your current windows, thats my situation!

What should I do? my parents wont let me buy a new laptop because I just brought one recently?

I bought a new HP DV6000 with Windows Vista and a whole bunch of stuff is already installed - Vista seems to boot up slow even thought I upgraded to 2gb of RAM.
