I don't know if its possible but I used to have a laptop and I sold it but kept this card. I need to hook it up to a desktop but don't know how. I need help because i'm moving and my apartment comes with wireless. All i have though is a desktop. Is it possible to use this wireless card with my desktop?

And I do not know if I can go any higher then what it is now. at the moment it is 1.3 and like to upgrade it as high as I can go with it.

My lap top has been running very slow recently. It takes ages to start up and all the programmes are very running slow. I have scanned for viruses and all seems to be ok.

Does anyone knows what could be causing the problem and any suggestions on how to fix it?

What is "virtual memory" compared to space on the hard drive? I just got notification that my virtual memory was low, but I have 3/4 of a pie left on my hard drive. My computer is fairly new, I got it in May. What would this mean, and what do I do about it? Also, I have wireless internet, and we have roadrunner. Why is it that I loose connection so often? Is that something to do with the virtual memory problem?

The green power light glows when using the adaptor but pressing the on switch does nothing. I have reinserted the battery and pressed the reset switch but no joy. I have bought a new BIOS battery and will try that but what else could be the problem? It was starting to act up and not shut down unless you pulled the battery. Could the system board be to blame and the best bet be buy a new laptop? Thanks

it doesnt' last a long as it used to: 3hrs->15mins =(. thelast 30% drains unbelivably quickly. all settings are set to low and no unneccesary programs are running.
