HP laptops have USB ports, which will let you plug in pretty much any modern printer - it's the standard interface for most printers today.
If you're looking for a portable printer, to carry around with your laptop, several brands are available, small enough to carry in a notebook bag, optionally battery powered, often USB, I/R and Bluetooth capable...
Canon and HP are names which come to mind, but there are many others - they just happen to be the ones I see every day in my store.. :-)

there is no best printer for a hp
just make sure it have a usb connection

Any USB printer can be used, all that's needed is the installation disk.

It depends what you want them to do, but HP deskjet printers are pretty good.
