i got a normal pc and my sister need another pc... so instead of buying another pc, if i buy monitor, keyboard and mouse.... is it possible to share my cpu to that monitor by networking it... but i need to use the both the computer at the same time....

I enquired about this... my frd said its possible through linux os... but not in windows.... is it true???

we currently have a windows 2003 share
we mount the share on a sles9 server but we can not see all the files

ls -al filename.jpg does not show the file
ls -al filename.jpg* does show the file

I am a returning student, and dont want to waste any time, this time around. I did not complete my associates degree ten years ago, and I want to finish it, but should I, if it wil be a waste of time, especially since I have chosen a career interest in the IT field. Also would getting a Certificate of Completion be enough to get me started in the IT Networking field?

I have lost my friends email address and am left with their first and second name only. I have a hotmail account and am almost sure they do too. How can I find their email address? I am from the uk.
