we have a windows 2003 share, when we mount to the shave via linux we can not see all of the files. mount cifs

we currently have a windows 2003 share
we mount the share on a sles9 server but we can not see all the files

ls -al filename.jpg does not show the file
ls -al filename.jpg* does show the file

Stop using Linux - problem solved.
