I've been to the website where they have the forms and all, but I didn't find information on how to register both the text and the images in a website. Should they be registered separately?

Also, who would own which parts of the website? By this, I mean, should the website's developer copyright the code used to create the website and should the client copyright the text and images displayed?

What if the developer created images for the site?

Hi all

I'm seeing a video and recording the time when cars pass.

I need to record the hour, minute, second and hundredth (more precision would be fantastic) of those passings. I achieved how to record till seconds but not hundredth.

Does anybody know how to do it?

If I go to device manage I can see that its a "Texas Instruments PCIxx21 Integrated flash memory controller". I went to the TI website expecting to find a section on drivers and then a place to select the reader I have.

Insted, all I can find it technical documents on various devices and the only support section is on design support.

After doing a search online I found this, which has limps to info on the controller, but now drivers.

can some one help plz i have installed a logitech quickcam connect on my pc but im havin usb issue it keeps comin up there was a problem installing this hardware usb device an error occured during instulation of the device the l/o operation has been aborted because either thread exit or an application request . what dos this mean?
i have looked at my device s there is a ! on the webcaqm sign i have done uninstall and reinstall i have updated drivers and tryed cam in diffrent usb ports but nothing still not workin
as this is supposed to be easy as 123 :( can some one help plz

here's the thing. i tried to change the processor of my computer with a faster and better one and i thought it would work. but when i turn the computer on the fans were spinning the led is lit but there were no beep or and my monitor shows a message of 'no signal or cable disconnected' of some sort. i don't know what to do. i tried visiting sites to help me with my problem but its no use.

P.S.
can anyone also tell me if it is possible to increase/decrease the CPU multiplier and if it is also possible to attain a 100 Fsb even if you dont have the 100 Fsb selection on your bios

I have recently bought a FreeAgent external hard drive. The hard drive is plug and play and so comes with no software which might include some security.

Does anyone know of a way i can password protect files on the hard drive so that they can't be accessed without the password? Or so the files are only accessible from my computer.

inadvertently, the bar at top of screen (the one with file, view,edit, ect. is gone.) i accidently hit some keys on my key board, and this was the outcome. i have windows vista now and can't figure out how to get my toolbar back. :(

I have just built a computer and after realising i couldnt install my version of Vista (as it was an upgrade) i found a copy of 2000 i could install on my empty HDD, and then upgrade to Vista. I installed 2000 fine, installed SP4 (which i had on a seperate CD) and then attempted to install my Vista Home Premium Upgrade. Everything was going fine, it had finished copying the files, and was now on the second step, unpacking or something. it got to about 20% and the comp said it needed restarting, so it restarted itself and then continued to unpack (i think thats what it was doing). All of a sudden i got a blue screen with error messages on it. The reason given at the bottom of the page was as follows:

*** STOP: 0x000000c5 (0x02288e00,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x810e8874)

I restarted my computer and it unloaded Vista and returned to 2000, i then tried again and got the same message at the same time.

Is there any drivers i could need to install on 2000 before i install Vista?

Ok i posted about this last night but made a mistake on my post anyway i have had my dell laptop for 2 months now and ever since i got it the dvd/cd drive makes a HORRIBLE viberating sound when it is turned on or is burning a cd or runnng a programe. like you can hear it viberating 2 bed rooms down! it so anyoing and i want it fixed! My laptop is still under warrenty from dell so how would i contact them or something!
