Ok i posted about this last night but made a mistake on my post anyway i have had my dell laptop for 2 months now and ever since i got it the dvd/cd drive makes a HORRIBLE viberating sound when it is turned on or is burning a cd or runnng a programe. like you can hear it viberating 2 bed rooms down! it so anyoing and i want it fixed! My laptop is still under warrenty from dell so how would i contact them or something!

The warranty support No shoulkd be in the paperwork it came with
Alternatively contact them through their website www.dell.com and get the fault logged so they can fix it
