Vista problem, toolbar related?

Question

inadvertently, the bar at top of screen (the one with file, view,edit, ect. is gone.) i accidently hit some keys on my key board, and this was the outcome. i have windows vista now and can't figure out how to get my toolbar back. :(

either right click up there and select the menu bar or press and hold the Alt key
