my problems are with thetop 2 rows of my multimedia key board.

I spilt a bit of tea on my keyboard the other day, and for about a day or so the buttons still worked fine, but now some of the buttons that got wet are not working, and one of them feels like it's jammed. Is it messed up permanently, or will it start working again after it's dried out?

the ds say it needs the ip, usually att tells the to put the ipin the inernet address bar , then i go configure it but, i keep puting it in and it doesn't exist

I have several thousand numbered photos on my Linux machine with filenames of the form IMG_1234.jpg. Sometimes I want to copy some of them using the command line.

Suppose I want to copy images IMG_1000.jpg through IMG_1056.jpg to a new directory. Is there a one-line command I could use to do this?

I'm not too familiar with piping and I/O redirection, or with things like grep or sed, but I have been able to obtain a list of filenames for images IMG_1000.jpg through IMG_1099.jpg using:

$ ls | grep IMG_10..\.jpg > images.txt

I was thinking that I might somehow pipe the output of the grep command to cp, but I can't figure out how to get cp to recognize the input.

I'm making a low budget horror pic and am torn between these two products, mostly because of cost and operating system. I already got the camera and accessories (I bought the brand new Canon HV20).

I personally have no problems with macs and PCs in general. And from what I hear, both Final Cut and Avid are excellent editing softwares, they have both been used on various movies (i.e. Final Cut for "300" and Avid for the "Matrix" films).

But people keep saying Macs and Final Cut is the best to get. So I'll have to spend $1500 on mac computer and $1300 on Final Cut Pro? I see that Final Cut Express is much cheaper but I'm not too sure what's so different about it and is it an advantage or disadvantage to Final Cut Pro?

I got a virus in my computer the one that send by its own, websites to others while me chatting with them. And it opens a web page suddenly. It all started wheni clicked on a friend's link and i clicked on it after that he said dont, when it was too late.

My computer was full of viruses (thanks Charter internet) and having lots of issues with connecting to the internet, running utilities, etc. Eventually, it had trouble booting up. I took it in and was diagnosed with a bad motherboard and had the documents ghosted to a disk. Now, I got it to boot up long enough to restore the system and download the drivers for the internet modem, but still having issues with the booting. The fan will run, like it's trying to boot up, but the blue light in the button won't come on. I've tried it off/on for over a day and it just came on. Same thing has happened before, it finally boots up just when I've given up. What else can I fix? I really can't afford a new computer right now and I have 2 months left until I get my degree. I really need my computer. Could it be something simple, or is it really the motherboard?
