Can't connect to the web, losing your connection or your access speed is way slower than advertised?

If you are unhappy with their service, you MUST contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP), that's what they do!!! Often, they aren't even aware of a problem, unless you tell them.

TIP: Just make sure your router settings, if you use one, are correct first.
