It just says that i need a boot disc

I am not sure what you want but for a bootdisk you can go to this website http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm

A bootdisk however is not necessary to get a monitor compatible with the computer.

added:
if you have a graphic card that is not build in, you need drivers from the manufacturer of that card. If your graphic card is built in (is part of the motherboard) you need drivers from the manufacturer of your motherboard.
Open up the system if you are not sure. If it is a laptop/notebook it is build in. In that case you should be able to find the drivers on the website of the manufacturer of the notebook/laptop

You don't need a boot disc, you need to download and install the monitor driver from the manufacturer's website.

U need monitor drivers to make ur monitor work perfectly with ur pc.
