I'm wanting to upgrade my video card but don't know what's compatible with my comp. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Ok, I have a SGH-T219 and after I unplugged it, it just froze, like none of the buttons works except the off button. Even if I close the phone, it doesn't go back to the date and time, It just stays where it was. And it turns on and off by itself and vibrates without stopping!!! I can't fix it and don't have the money to get it fixed!!! Please help!!!!!!

Well, I have a Samsung 940MW LCD TV monitor. My problem is that when I use it as an HD TV with my Xbox 360 in 1080i, there is a white pixel which appears only against a dark enough background. The thing is, there are no pixel problems when the screen is being used with the PC. I also switched the 360 to Standard TV mode (ie non-HD) and the white pixel is nowhere to be found. It's the same case for running it 720p... Obviously, I'd much rather play in 1080i. I've never heard of a problem like this before and I haven't been able to correct the pixel using any of the techniques I've researched.
Also, there is sometimes a green stuck pixel which appears but I can get rid of this by turning the monitor and 360 off at the same time.... I'm not sure if that's what's actually causing it to disappear, but it seems to work. Anyway, this white pixel is annoying me greatly and all help is appreciated!

the computer shutdown on me and it restarted and now the internet doesnt work and ive run a norton scan on it and nothing comes up any ideas on how to fix it.

I have 2 different devices (a label printer and a digital camara) that work just fine when plugged into one of the USB ports that are built into my computer but don't work when I plug them into my USB hub. I'm out of internal ports (1 for the keyboard/mouse, 1 for the external disk drive, 1 for the USB hub that still has 2 other devices that work on it and 1 for a printer/fax/scanner device).

Will getting a PCI USB Card resolve this problem? Or do I need to play musical-USB-port with all the devices until I find a solution that works? Or is there a way to beef this up so that these more lightly used devices WILL work with the hub?

I subscribe to the internet service provider AT&T Yahoo but I use the AOL browser. None of the AT&T virus and spryware is active by choice. I prefer AOL but lately I have been getting more pop-ups and spam and notices telling me that the license of something can't be proven and asks me yes or no. I get no response of any kind from AOL.

I have an issue that needs an objective 3rd party answer that is not biast in any way or another.
I have a DSL service and my profile was upgraded to a 7296/1088 profile witch is claimed to be only on ADSL2+ service but to the best of my knowledge I currently do not have ADSL2+ in my area. When i sync with my modem it shows Interleaved-G.DMT witch to the best of my knowledge is regular ADSL. So can i be on an ADSL2+ profile at the Head Office but sync to a ADSL G.DMT service and still achieve the speeds of the ADSL2+ or am i just on a Regular G.DMT profile that has been set to 7296/1088? as far as i know a NON ADSL2+ modem will not sync with a ADSL2+ signal and i wouldn't receive ADSL2+ services on a G.DMT connection would I?

I just opened a Facebook account instead of MySpace after seeing that Facebook seems much more strict on what they will show to a casual websurfer or to a registered Facebook member. The best I could do there when I found a person of interest is just see a very small profile photo of him/her (provided they have one), their full name, and only the list of Facebook Friends they have. Can't go any further unless he/she adds you as a Friend before you can see more stuff from them.

MySpace seems a lot more looser unless the user sets their page to private, otherwise anyone - registered or not - can see what you have and what information may be valuable to them, pertinent and/or incriminating (like embarrassing photos).

I'm concerned that when I apply for jobs, employers will attempt to research me on the 'net, and I read countless stories about employers using MySpace to research candidates. I figure Facebook is too restrictive for them to dig in.

Did I make the right choice?

is that registering it or is that just a step to install it? I don't want to cause any trouble at my job, but the computer technician told me I can install it but don't register it and now I'm afraid to put in the product key because I don't know if that is registering it or not. Does someone know about this? I hope you can help me. The way he put it, as long as I'm not using it on a company registered computer, I can install it. I don't know what to do and I really need to get these documents off my computer today. Please help out if you can. Thank you.

I downloaded a program called WinMX for downloading songs off the internet.

It worked fine, and now it doesnt work, it says "connecting" and never does connect.

I guess I need to download it again..however when I look to delete it in my programs, its not there!

when I did a search on my computer, I finally found it, and tried to delete it, and it told me that I couldn't.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

can I rename the file and delete it? I really dont know much about these matters.

I'm on a website that has the proofs for my school pictures.
Is there a way that I can copy and paste or take a screen shot of the pictures?
I've tried, but no list comes up when I right click, and the screen shot option doesn't seem to be working either.
Is there any way around this?

My husband says it cheaper to let the computer

i just tried to play half life episode one and it said my video driver is out of date
here are the specs it gives me about my driver

I have a photo gallery hosting on http://surathana.nirede.name
but when you acces the address with WWW like http://www.surathana.nirede.name it does not show up the tumbnails and entire script is corrupted.

My (Host+Domain provider) Lunarpages claims that they can access both with and without www on my site.

dose anybody know how can I fix it.

I uploaded a file of songs onto my itunes from a cd. Then I got tired of the songs and threw out the files (since I still have the cd anyway). Every now and then for no reason the files show up again on my desktop- and I throw them away again.... What is the deal???
