You need Holy water, and old priest and a new priest.
Repeat:
"The power of Christ compels you! The power of Christ repels you!"

Take the battery out for a little while, then stick it back in. The battery that is. This would be like rebooting a computer. There may also be a little tiny hole, on the phone, and you need to use a toothpick to press it. Once you do this it should reset everything to default and this may take care of it. Make sure it is on first. Sometimes though in very rare instances, there is what is called metal whiskers. An almost microscopic piece of solder or whatever connecting to solder points on the circuit board, which causes it to short out some functions. Butter flies R Free's response: LMAO.

Take the battery out and put it back in after 1 minute. If that doesn't work, the next thing you would have to try is hard reseting it. Which means it will remove EVERYTHING off of the phone itself, so I hope you have your contacts saved to your SIM chip or somewhere else. If the hard reset isn't able to be performed, then your phone is shot and you can't get it fixed. Buying a new phone is the only option from that point.

GREMLINS!!
Take the battery out, let it reset and try that.
If that does't work, call customer care.
You may have to get a new phone. How far out is your contract? If it's close you can probably negotiate a new phone for extending your contract.
