I've just bought a Vista laptop Sims 2 runs perfectly except the walls and floors do not load correctly. I have updated the drivers for my card but still no working. How can I go about improving the graphics as I've heard installing new graphics in Laptop's is near enough impossible? Thanks..

My problem is i want to share internet connect between desktop (using XP)and laptop(using XP). In my desktop i have ethernet card . i'm using BSNL broadband connection. how to share internet connection between laptop and desktop.i use almost all method(like ICS).i use cross over cable to connect my desktop and laptop. By using USB my broadband is connected with Desktop.I can able to connect LAN connection but not able to share internet. Could you please tell how to solve this problem?

Well I got microsoft xp 2007 it was pre-installed but that computer went to crap so naturally I wanted to keep everything and not have to buy the software. So I put the HD in one I made and now it asks me to register my liscense with microsoft. Now what if I waited out would it just bring me to that screen where I have to or will I be able to use my computer.

I'm currently downloading an episode of Ghost Whisperer season 2. It seems to be downloading with the green arrow besides the torrent name and the speed is going on. But the problem is the percentage of the file downloaded remained at 0.0%. Why?? My other torrent seems to be working fine but not this 1...

hi...i bought a lite on dvd burner and i tried burning some data with it....the first time i tried burning it went up to like a minute or so...and then it came up with a write failure...it juzt sais "burn process at 16x failed" i tried doing it again with an otehr one and it failed this time as well...and an other thing i noticed is....when i put in a blank dvd the autorun sais "blank cd" is that normal? whats wrong? could it be the drive? or any speed or something? thanks for your help...:).

there is some gay toolbar that just appeared there for some reason, it's about security and crap but it's obvious that it's just some gay thing that doe's nothing (besides maybe bad stuff to you pc) but any way, you can't just untick it by right clicking the toolbar thing, it won't untick. It's not in add/remove programs and i have done an ad-aware scan on my computer a bunch of times but it can't pick up any bad stuff... WTF how do I kill it?

i have made a website with MS-Frontpage, in my computer everything from animations to text alignment works nicely but as in other computers it gets worst, text gets scattered, animations fail to load, and sound file doesnot works properly.......any help????please help me as this is my school project and animations are necessary.

I have a dell dimension 5150 and i've tried to partotion my c drive so i can image my drive for back up reason's. But when i try to create a partition i get a error message "A new partition cannot be created on this hard disc. Most proberly all primary slots are occupied and there is no extended partition."
Any ideas?
