Why isn't my bitcomet working?

I'm currently downloading an episode of Ghost Whisperer season 2. It seems to be downloading with the green arrow besides the torrent name and the speed is going on. But the problem is the percentage of the file downloaded remained at 0.0%. Why?? My other torrent seems to be working fine but not this 1...

sometimes the file is faulty, you should find a new one and re download it,
