also if i do this, will my pc have all the things like: internet explorer and all the general stuff like that?

Re-install Windows. Do a clean install, it will re-format the hard drive.

You should have a disc for restoring your computer that came with it.............simply install the disc, or if you have windows xp orvista you can go to a restore point. If you have the disc you should still have I.E., you will lose any other pictures, or files however. I suggest that you make a backup disc of what you currently have just in case something goes wrong and you want to go back to what you had.

BE CAREFULL right here! hackers can extract records from previous demanding drives. do not have confidence in 'delete' for protection: it purely adjustments the extension of a report. securely OVERWRITE each and all the partitions; use a freeware app. referred to as 'nuke on boot' google this, yet use it properly, grasshopper.
