Hi,

I need a query that finds out if an entered username exists in the database

So if $username in users table = $entered_username

echo "it exists"

else echo "it doesnt exist"

whats the correct syntax

DOes the router share the internet and share files/printers ,etc

and can the ethernet share and internet connection as well as files

or does just etherhent hub or switch share files and ONLY a router is capable of sharing an internet connection ?

Okay my problem just happened as second ago, my screen starting shaking/wobbling/ being unstable. I would think it would build up from a little shake to major shaking, but no, It's just shaking crazily now!!
Enough to make me nautious (@_@), My monitor (and PC) is about 5 years old!!

Is there a type of silicon chip or something of that sort that can store A LOT of memory, mainly in the form of videos as well as text.
And not only that, but smaller than a postage stamp?

Also would it be able to survive being swallowed and staying in the body for about two hours?

This sounds like a stupid question but it's for a story and i need accurate information.
Any suggestions?

OK, I'm trying to work this example:
http://www.jsresources.org/examples/AudioPlayer.html

and it requires the gnu.getopt package to run

So I went here:
http://www.jsresources.org/examples/examples_download.html
and downloaded the jar file.

Everytime I try to compile (I'm using NetBeans IDE 5.5), it would give me an error saying:
D:\java\Java Audio\AudioPlayer\src\audioplayer\AudioPlayer.java:57: package gnu.getopt does not exist
import gnu.getopt.Getopt;

So I want to know how to actually install this gnu jar file I've downloaded.
Do I just put it in a folder that is part of my CLASSPATH or what?
I put i in a folder: D:\java\CP
and then I run cmd and type echo %CLASSPATH% and this directory is part of the CLASSPATH but I still can't compile!
When I type echo %CLASSPATH% I get:
.;D:\java\CP

Am I doing this all wrong?

the problem is, the fan is on the top, so i was thinking of putting it on top of the video card, but theres no slot. and i cant move the video card, so if i put it under the video card would this be okay?

My desktop items are now highlighted in blue. I want them to be clear with no backround as before. I looked at other answers about changing the drop shadow, but when I right clicked My Computer, went to the advanced cisual effects and looked at drop shoadow, it was checked. I tried checking it and unchecking it a couple of times, but nothing happened. I'm using Windows XP, if you didn't know.

Dell optiplex GX110 desk top pc
has dvd/cd burner r/rw windows XP

The other is-
HP S7620N pavilion slimline desk top pc
intel t1350a core solo
1.8 GHZ 1GB ddr2 9 in 1 card reader? 802.11
hard drive 250 GB 1GB memory 256 MB also has dvd/cd burner

Which one is the best and do you know anything about the model slimline that I have listed? Thanks

One computer have internet connection and the second doesn't.
If I take a cable with RJ-45 connectors on both sides and I connect the computers,how can I use the internet in the computer that don't have intenet connection?(I don't want to buy a router,switch or a hub).

on my laptop i got this update think for my security and it kept bugging me so i said fine..update. after i clicked everything dissapeared except my desktop background i cant even right click. everytime i start it up it goes to an empty desktop. no items no bar at the bottom. i tried looking for explorer.ex in the taskbar but it wasnt there. any help?? thanks!!
