I am going to buy a Video Capture device called "Dazzle DVD Recorder" and it can record wateva comes onto the screen. Instead of doing that, can I just save the videos I capture to my hard drive?

yes you can, actually the file saves first into your hard drive before transferring it into a disc. If your HD Capacity is large enough to handle video files. Dazzle DVD Recorder works fine, you can record even tv programs just connect it to the Audio/Video Input jacks.

as long as you have a CD /DVD burner all you have to do is put it in then right click the DVD ROM drive and click edit select all edit copy to and tell it where (what folder) on your hard drive you want to save it to
