Like said, that depends on what you want to do. MCSE is good for LAN Admins dealing with Windows-based networks. Usually dealing with the server side of things, such as user accounts, DNS, DHCP, and all that stuff. The Cisco certifications, which the CCNA leads into is dealing with the actual Networking *equipment* like routers and switches and connecting them all together. It could care less about the server/user environment (with some exceptions).

I have the same set of certs that you do; I would recommend Cisco...that is what I am doing next.

Especially if you are good at translating geek to normal english, you could get a great job without anymore certifications.

depends what you like more. Cisco is more networking and security. MCSE more Windows servers, and less security.
