i have an intel celeron d 2.8ghz cpu and it doesnt have HT technology, how do i enable this? if i cant enable this how can i over clock my cpu?

Let's say I have two computers called A and B. I also have two 512MB VGA cards and a 1GB VGA card. All the three cards are from the same manufacturer and of the same model.

Now I connect the two 512MB cards in SLI mode to computer A. The 1GB card is connected to the computer B. Assume that all the other components (RAM, Processor etc) of the computers A and B are same.

1. Which machine will be the best gaming machine?
2. Which machine will be more expensive?

so, I see some of the newer laptops have the wireless stuff internal. what do I need to look for when shopping for those laptops?
I like the idea of free internet at hotspots and when prices come down I would like to have a wireless service connected to the laptop.

A guy at my work put some program on my laptop from download.com and then upgraded me to internet explorer 7. I was able to use the internet at work, but now I can't get online at home. It keeps telling me that there is no connection. My DSL is working fine since I can use it on my desktop. The program that he installed from download.com had something to do with preventing a whole bunch of programs starting up when turning on the computer.

I erased the internet explorer 7 because I was hoping that had something to do with it. Do you have any ideas what could be wrong?

I have everything done with my photos. I organized them, I put them in the file on the computer. Now I wanna burn them. I wanna burn them on my DVD-RW disc 800 mb. However , when clicking on the Burn button following message comes up.

Not enough hard dis space avaiable to complete burning operation. It is necessary to delete some temporary files to free disk space. Would you like to perform cleaning operation, while trying to burn movie with Photo DVP maker on a CD-R? Why is this doing this? I am frustrated. Cause I FOllowed every step possible. It's just this one step away from having the perfect movie. Please can you advice me what I must do? Thank you sincerely to all who answer me. Greetings from Utah/USA.

Why is yahoo a joke right now. Pages don't load. News links point to dead pages. video streams only show the ad and not the news you want to see. Its slow and bulky right now. Formats are mixed and just look plain ugly. Going from one to the other and back to the oldest out there.

Did I miss something. What happened to the Yahoo we all used to love.

is there a way to find a word in an essay or something youve written...like lets say youve written the word "ancient" a couple times in a long essay and it would be difficult to look through and find them all again if you have to delete it...is there a way to like highlight a specific word or something

the menu- and sometimes I would quickly go to the media player and sometimes the music there plays the sound sometimes not while the dvd is still in-where the heck is the sound while the movies are playin g- the symbol for sound-the blue box with the gold speaker swirls-is still in the taskbar down there- so I assume it's okay- I did click on the thingy down there next to the volume-and clicked on the mute/sound-while the movie was playing-still no sound- what the....???

What i mean is...in a C++ calculator we usually give the user a choice of weather he wants to add or subtract or mutiply or divide...We never are able to calculate anything more complex for example: add and then do something else to the sum that we have obtained...i hope i'm a little clear..PLZ HELP!

My current motherboard only supports 1.5 GB/s, and I want to get a new hard drive. Would I be able to get a 3.0 GB/s SATA drive and use it with my motherboard? That way when I upgrade my motherboard, I can get one that supports 3.0 and use the drive to its full potential. Otherwise I will have to get a 1.5 GB/s drive and when i upgrade my motherboard, it will be a waste
