Computers & Internet - 14 October 2006

I have their etrust security suite and lately my computer has not been able to auto update. Furthermore, if I try to go to any of their websites, such as antivirus.cai.com or www.cai.com, I get an error message of "unable to connect to server" or "connection to server timed out". I went to their virus information page and online store, but could not access the webscan nor could I contact any of their support functions. If they are still around, I think I got a real problem.

Its like when you visit http://answers.yahoo.com, the icon beside the URL in the Address Bar , how to customise such icons? I am thinking of doing my own personalise icon for my own blog or website and just couldn't figure out how to do it. Can anyone please guide me or show me any tutorials from the website that teaches on how to do such icon customising? Thanks. URGENT!!!!!!

I keep getting wierd emails in my bulk from people I dont even know with random subjects(such as curry and k) with a wierd picture of different coloured writing and lots of writing. Is this some sort of virus and is anybody else experiencing this? Thank you
