Windows XP SP2 - When I LOG OFF, I typically have to go through the "Log Off" procedure 3 or more times before I can "Turn Off" the computer. I have to click "log Off" then again, and again etc. Any body have any solutions or reasons why I have this problem - this may also be part of the same problem asked in earlier question about intallation of Adobe Program and Red X in pictures etc sent or forwarded. Ok...so I got the Sims2 from my birthday yesterday...and i decided to try and load it up...at 10:00 pm. I put in the first disk and their is this crazy game you could play while you wait for it to load...then it said enter disk 2...I did...and guess what happened for the next half hour? NOTHING! So i started over...but still NOTHING! S i decided to have it try to load the next hour...but at now 11:00 pm I want to just load it! I can't get past the second disk...please can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong, or what I need to do!?

I have Outlook 2002. Yesterday the attachment paperclip icon put an attachment as a text-style link in the header on its own line. Today, I have a graphic icon within the body of the email and no mention of the attachment in the email header. I honestly did nothing to change this outside of shutting down my laptop in the evening and restarting it this morning.

The graphic icon is messy and looks unprofessional as it seems to be randomly placed anywhere in the body of my email.

I'd prefer to return to having the attachment as it was before. How? Nothing in Tools, Options. Nothing in View. Where do I change attachment options?

I have DSL with a wired modem and Netgear hub. I have an HP desktop with Win XP Professional; a Sony Vaio laptop with Win XP Home and a Gateway laptop with Win98SE. The laptops have wired Netgear cardbus notebook adapters. My two printers are HP and currently connected to the desktop. All three are connected to the Netgear hub. My printers are already shared. I have run the networking wizard and the desktop says my 'permissions' are incorrect and it cannot see my network. What am I doing wrong? I'm seriously networking impaired. Help! (This is my second question since I didn't explain fully in my first question. Thanks for any help)
