Go to task bar at bottom, right click and when box appears left click on close. Sometimes you then get a box in middle of screen saying this program is not working and if this happens click on end now and that should close it for you.

Alt + F4 while in the window should do it - or right click on the tab in the tool bar at the bottom of the screen.

click control alt and delete at the same time if ur using windows and the windows task manager will come up theres many options to choose from but if u click on the window u wanna close and then click end task it should close the window for u , however sumtimes the windows run together and it may close all windows on u and set u back to ur desktop so b sure to finish wat u hav in ur other windows first

if xp right click the blue bar next to clock then pick windows task manager applications tab the window will be there highlight and click end task

press esc key
or else ctrl+alt+del key and the windows manager window will open, after that select the progrm that is cirrently running and not closing, and clisk next...

this has happened to me a few times heres what i did so its worth a try. minimise the page then right click on the bar for page lower screen click on exit.worked for me good luck
