Yahoo is awesome in size, service and anti-spam.
But sending large attachments also depends on who is getting them. I recommend that you keep your attachements smaller than 3MB, so you don't go OVER the MAX of the typical service that you send to. This will also avoid making the recipients mailbox FULL.
If you really need HUGE downloads, then get an FTP site for your friends and clients. Try http://www.ipowerweb.com for this.

Gmail because it has over 2700 MB of free storage. Even yahoo and hotmail can not do this.
