Is Frostwire better than Limewire? Why or Why not?

I don't know about Frostwire. Limewire though is a good piece of software and amazing thing with this p2p application is that it does not come with any adware/spywares. It is clean, so no, unlike Kazaa or others it will not screw your computer

neither. morpheus is the best. www.morpheus.com. its not illegal becauses its ad-supported.
