I would have advised you to search on Google for it, but you need to spell it right in the first place. It's Kazaa lite.
You can try one of the following sites. (The second one has older versions, if that's what you're looking for.)

You can download it from other P2P (peer to peer) networks, like the ed2k network.
A good client for the ed2k network is emule, and it can be downloaded free at www.emule.org
There is one small problem though, a little while ago the creators of kazaa when through the courts and forced all the nodes of the kazaa lite network to shut down claiming that they infringe their copyrights, a bit hypocritical as kazaa has been used to infringe just about every copyright going. Anyway the nuts and guts of it is, kazaa lite does not work any more! But ed2k does, and there are also torrents if that should ever stop, a good client for downloading torrents is BitComet.
