SKYPE!!!!! I am in the navy and while i was over seas deployed i would use webcam to see my wife. Skype is the best video chatting program out there its free and extremely fast. I have used MSN YAHOO and AOL web cam program and Skype takes the cake BIG time. The resolution is better and your frame rates sit usually depending on your connection at 28-30 frames per second that is as close to real time video as your going to get. And no lag like yahoo or msn. Try it out... its free what are you going to loose....
