Its like when you visit http://answers.yahoo.com, the icon beside the URL in the Address Bar , how to customise such icons? I am thinking of doing my own personalise icon for my own blog or website and just couldn't figure out how to do it. Can anyone please guide me or show me any tutorials from the website that teaches on how to do such icon customising? Thanks. URGENT!!!!!!

What you are talking about is called a "favicon"

To include a Favicon on your webpage put the following line in the section:



Where favicon.ico is the name of your image file. Following image types are recommended:
* ICO: include multiple resolutions (the most commonly used being 16×16 and 32×32, with 64×64 and 128×128 sometimes used by Mac OS X) and bit-depths (most common being 4, 8, 24 bpp—i.e. 16, 256 and 16 million colors) in the file.
* GIF: use 16×16 in 256 colors.
* PNG: use 16×16 in either 256 colors or 24-bit.

you need to creare a favicon.ico dd have a tool that can do this for you from an image - http://www.dynamicdrive.com/.

you then need to upload your favicon or host it somehwere - http://imageshack.us AND then add this to your HTML code
