I have their etrust security suite and lately my computer has not been able to auto update. Furthermore, if I try to go to any of their websites, such as antivirus.cai.com or www.cai.com, I get an error message of "unable to connect to server" or "connection to server timed out". I went to their virus information page and online store, but could not access the webscan nor could I contact any of their support functions. If they are still around, I think I got a real problem.

Since I don't have any trouble accessing any of the sites, it must be the way you have the filters set up. Perhaps your blocking something the sites require.
I have found that if you want a particular site, it is best to ensure that you are accepting cookies for that site, and are not blocking ad's from that site.
