More on I want to display the 'hex value' of a packed decimal field in COBOL.?

I use MVS Operating System. I am viewing the output on TSO panel. I am simply displaying it in spool's SYSOUT

Well I have already told you how to display the packed field from a character picture. Now you use TSO to view the sysout file from your jcl.
On the command line type
set hex on

The display will now show hex.

Use
set hex off

to revert to normal display.

I so hope that you are not getting paid a lot of money for doing your job!!
