I'm not sure that you'll be able to do what you ask, but you could always visit the support pages at packard bell and see if they can help. At the top of the page, there's the option to 'Contact us'. Maybe if you explain what's happened they'll be able to help out.
I wish you the very best of luck.

Do you still have windows running on the PC? If you do you can download the drivers from Packard bell support page.
You should have a program called smart restore.
Menu start>all programs>smart restore. If somehow you lost your windows operating system(computer screen is blank, black when you turn PC on) then you'll have to buy windows or get it from the store that sold you the PC.Once this is done you can get all the necessary files for your PC at the support page

if it is missing system files the use the repair feature on your os installation disk
if you are missing a work document
use a recovery program like http://www.smartpctools.com/flash_recovery/
or if a missing .dll file with windows
search for the file you are missing with google download it and place it in system32 folder
c:\windows\system32
hope that helps
if not you can properly get smart restore through Packard bells support system using the serial number of your pc
