You can write your own personal custom webpage with pictures, video and links in different fonts, colors and layouts using html. Heres a good tutorial to get you started...

To use your custom homepage, click on 'Tools' at the top of any Internet Explorer window and select 'Internet Options'. On the 'General' tab, under 'Homepage' put the file address of the page you wrote. (Find the file address of the page you made by opening it up in Internet Explorer and copying the address from the address window at the top.) Now your custom home page will show up when you open Internet Explorer or hit the 'Home' button.You can edit it any time you want.
