I want to check my email via Mobile Web on my cell phone, but it takes forever to enter my user name and password (77756, etc.) on the keypad. Does Yahoo permit using an alias name to access your email account? It would be so much easier to substitute a numeric address that would take me to my account.

It won't go into sleep mode. When I put it in sleep mode the drives rev up and just sit there. I have to hold the power button down to get it to stop. In order to start it back up I have to unplug it from the wall for ten seconds.

If someone sits at my computer and goes into screen properties, they can change the time setting effectively preventing my computer from logging off. Does anybody know of a method to prevent people from changing my screen settings with password protection?

Need help, when i click on to go to the internet. I get a box that says>> # gen_toolbar# is unable to load its config file.. If you have recently up graded to a new version of the #gen_ toolbar# and have not restared your computer since the up grade try restarting. If we're not using static IP does it mean that our IP will change each time we connect to the network? E.g. if i get one ip today, i shutdown my pc, connect to the network the next day will my ip be the same? If it's the same then why do we need static ip? If its not the same then how is it that we can trace a person using their ip, if their ip changes all the time??

I have updated M. windows, I've add/removed yahoo toolbar then reinstalled it after rebooting, I have went to veiw then checked and unchecked yahoo toolbar, I have unchecked other toolbars that I don't use often. How can I use the dictionary because I can't access it even after downloading because there is no icon or shortcut either on desktop or on task bar. I went to Start----->Programmes but it was not also present there so that I could make a short cut from there. The software is definitely installed as there was a message that it has been successfully installed.

How can I access this programme?
