Why sometimes I can't add musics on my iPod?

I'm trying to add some mp3 music, it's very strange, because u see the hd space growing up and when should be finished he become with previous space again.

In hidden files i saw a file with SFV extenxion, i deleted this file and finaly i could add music in my iPod. Thanks anyway.

Some mp3 players require that files be a certain bit-rate. Are mp3 files compatible with iPods?
