400 would NOT do for this setup, BAD answer. It would have helped if I had a CPU to go with, but anyway I would recommend at least a 550W, to be safe I would go with 600W. Active PFC of course, and try to find one with at least 2 12V rails.

a maximum of 400 watts is enough whatever peripherals u connect, failures in psu is unavoidable however 400 watts psu would do for any personal computer.

if it is an old motherboard you'll need AT

if it is a newish motherboard you'll need ATX.

check the manual for your motherboard.

if not, you can always go down to your local PC World, or local computer shop, where they will confirm which one you need.
