Need help, when i click on to go to the internet. I get a box that says>> # gen_toolbar# is unable to load its config file.. If you have recently up graded to a new version of the #gen_ toolbar# and have not restared your computer since the up grade try restarting. If problem persists, reinstall the #gen_ toolbar# I have restarted. Still get the box!!!!!.... Can somone tell me where is this file!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Go to your control panel click on add/remove program. Search for the #gen_ toolbar# and remove it.
OR
You can run the gpedit.msc for internet explorer

You have Spyware and crappy toolbars added to your Internet Explorer browser.
Go to Add/Remove program under your Control Panel and remove ANYTHING on the list that says ANYTHING about Search bar, Toolbar, Websearch, Assistant.

Install the first one, then update it then scan and remove Spyware. Install next one, update adn Scan/remove Spyware. Install AVG Antivirus and update and scan for Viruses.

I think you have installed a toolbar which hasn't properly been installed. Disable all the toolbars and check if it works properly.

Sounds like spyware to me. Download a spyware removal package for free and scan. Hope it helps.
