Q: The installer freezes at "installing Java," so the LimeWire installation never finishes. What can I do?
A: The Java installer can occasionally freeze on some systems. While we (and InstallShield) are not sure precisely what is causing this problem, there is a potential work-around. The following steps may get your LimeWire up and running successfully.

1.When the installer freezes, DO NOT STOP THE INSTALL PROCESS.
2.Go to the Start > Settings > Control Panel window.
3.Go to "Add/Remove Programs".

I still don't know where to find step 2,no where it is? Thanks for the help.

it takes 5 to 10 minutes to download stuff on my computer and before I had wireless it only toke about 30 seconds to 1 minute to download stuff. Any idea on what i should I do?

I bought my laptop in the states, and am in prague now. I have been using norton antivus 2005 and yesterday my years subscription ran out. I need to renew it and it says it will cost me £21 for another years worth of updates for 2005 version. Yet I can upgrade to the 2007 version for £30.
