Yeah it can be improved with CPU and RAM (memory) upgrades, but it sounds like you have an older and slower computer that doesn't have the processing speed to view the media at full stream. We build PCs let us know if we can help you!

If you are playing them off the internet, the download speed is probably slower than the play speed, shich causes the jumping. You can download the file to your computer, then play it, this should take out the choppyness, then if you want to delete it afterwards, you can.

You right click on the link that you are playing, and choose save target as, then save it to your desk,top
