I just dont get it. Spam E-mails...viruses...."click here" WHY?
is it just the fact that people have nothing else to do? And porn...wtf? What ever happened to the computer for information? I know a lot of websights are cracking down on viruses. But try and answer me this

because he likes it :( For the virus author it's like putting a
sailboat in the water and watching it go down the stream he
sits back laughs and watches his creation spread everywhere how far will it go? will it get him on CNN and NBC.

information control systems are the reason computers and networks began, but gorwth of an industry is due to commerce.
Part of commerce is sales, without viruses there would be no market for anti-viruses
Have you ever noticed whenever a new antivirus company comes online, there also seems to be a new major virus that only they have the cure for!

Alot of sites can't support themselves without 3rd party paying customers. Porn sites in particular, are paid by companies and/or individuals to market they're product(s) in the form of a pop-up or install, or whatever. Thats how they make money and thats why people's computer get smashed by pop-ups and adware who visit those types of sites.
Another site that can have annoying ads and pop-ups are music sites.

In my opinion the people who generate viruses could quite possibly be the anti-virus companies themselves. But thats my suspicion anyways.

considered this earlier on easily one of my shopper's machines. what I had to do because Mcafee and Norton did not spot the virus develop into to apply Avast Antivirus. Avast antivirus discovered the virus and killed it! wish this helps.

i asked a pc geek about this & they said there usually angry hateful people.maybe also they get a rush for ruining other peoples computer time.
