You need to give more information, or did you forget to give out the name of the ISP? No one can find the number if they don't know the name of the provider.

You can get the dial-up number from your old PC. Use your old PC try to connect as normal. It should bring up User name and password, it also displays phone number.
IF its the helpdesk/customer support number phone directory enquiries.....

the only i know is that ISP means internet service provider.
