I am trying to count the amount of numbers(decimals: x/100) between another set of decimals EX: (0.0 and 0.1) and total them in a variable called pointOne and I'm not sure why it isn't working. Here's a code segment:

if((x/100) >= 0.00 || (x/100) <= 0.10)
{
pointONE = pointONE++;
}
This continues for the numbers 0.0 to 0.9 (contained in if statements) and at the end of the if statements prints the amount of numbers for every given range. Any idea what is wrong?

and if i leave connected and then boot my pc it freezes i have unchecked all the start up boxes so i just have to open it manually to use but find it strange that its compatible with xp but it cant be or am i doing summat wrong my pc is fine if i remember to switch it off before closing my pc but if i forget and reboot and there is a x in bottom left corner of theprinter suite its not long before my pc crashes works ok otherwise and is a brill printer cheap for ink etc prints brill fotos

What is the actual difference between DVD-R and DVD+R? I know that DVD-Rs are likely to be more compatible with DVD players than +Rs but why? Is there a physical difference or format?

My darling daughter went to a website that dumped a ton of junk onto my laptop from work I had home for the day. My anti virus and spy ware caught most of it, but there is still something lurking. I'm getting pop ups all of the time. Nothing offensive, just annoying. How can I identify the program lurking to delete it? Is it in my registry? Any ideas, short of reformatting my hard drive?

I have a few movies downloaded on my computer and would like to view them using the Power DVD software.However, i am unable to do so because as soon as i right click on the folder concerned....all i get is the option to play it with VLC media player which i do not want to.
How can i change the settings?

So I have seen these on numerous myspace pages, and I'll try my best to describe it. Its a whole picture (meaning i can just right click and save) usually they have a white back ground and long quotes that are written in different fonts and colors and stuff and I really like them so I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a site to get them from or what. I know I'm not really doing a good job at explaining but its just about the best i can do unless I could send you one that I found from someone else's page.
