Mine says my name and has a smiley face instead of the windows logo.

if your talking about the start button on the left hand colum this cant be changed since its hard coded into windows. so u would need to know windows c++ code and window GUI code to change it.

This can be done with a registery edit but with great caution.
It isn't a simple edit, you have to do other things to go with it.
