Is it possible to connect my cable to an LCD panel that has VGA and DVI inputs. I'd like to accomplish this WITHOUT a TV tuner card or a PC.

I have a "huge" proxy servers list...

But i need a tool which will change my proxy at interval time , from the proxies in the list!!! PLZZZZZZ THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!!

I've just switched my computer on and the sound isn't working even though it was fine y'day. I've tried re-starting it and i've plugged in skype head phones to see if it was just the speakers but nothing is working. I've also ran a virus check and it hasn't found any viruses. Can anyone help?

i know i need to go to start and then click on run.
and then type cmd.
