Why are all my pictures and photo blurry including pictures on my homepage?

Without seeing them, it's very hard to give a sensible answer. What camera did you take them with? One assumes that they are on your PC and that they are blurry compared to other photos that you view.

go to display and roll back settings to 16 high color see if this does not help
