how to restrict some sites on my mozilla explorer ?

I don't see a way in Mozilla to block sites. You can in IE, but it's easily defeated. I'm guessing the Mozilla developers thought it would be pointless to add the ability to block sites.

You can block them at the router level if you want. That's harder to defeat, but by no means impossible.
